The result is a crust that's crisp on the outside, light and airy on the inside, with the kind of structure that holds up to whatever toppings you throw at it. House-Made Pizza Sauces from Scratch
Both our red sauce and white sauce are made from scratch in our kitchen. Our red sauce starts with whole San Marzano-style tomatoes, fresh garlic, olive oil, and a careful hand with salt and herbs — simmered, never rushed. The white sauce is built on real cream, garlic, and Parmesan, with the kind of richness that makes pizzas like our Truffle Mushroom and Buffalo Ranch Chicken sing. We don't use jarred sauce.
